NEC Technologies (UK) Limited, a self contained research and development and product testing and certification entity, closed the deal to sell its UK-based ITL Imperium Test Lab testing and certification operations to UL, a US headquartered globally operating independent safety science company.
Delphi Advisors acted as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to NEC Casio Mobile Communications Ltd. and its subsidiary on the deal.
