The company serves a large and diversified customer base across various industries, including international corporates as well as government agencies and public service institutions in Germany.
Paragon Partners intends to support dtms in extending its services to additional cloud-based applications on the back of its strong market position in the value-added telephony services market. Paragon Partners is an independent, Munich-based, mid-market PE fund.
Auction process with large number of bidders approached by Altium
Altium successfully managed competitive bidding process despite the declining market for service number-based telephony services. The transaction became substantially more complex when NETRADA filed for insolvency in the course of the process with associated risks from tax unity
Altium facilitated dialogue and cooperation between NETRADA, its insolvency administrator Dr. Rainer Eckert and Paragon Partners to ensure that interests were properly aligned.
Altium supported Netrada on all aspects of the transaction incl. preparation of sales documents, approach to potential buyers, preparation and coordination of management presentations, due diligence and Q&A process as well as transaction tactics and negotiations.
