Babble, a provider of cloud-based IT communications and collaboration solutions, has completed the acquisitions of Concert Networks and 5 Rings, representing the fifth and sixth acquisitions since the buy-out in November 2020.
Concert Networks is one of the largest re-sellers of unified communication as a service to businesses across Cheshire and the North West. 5 Rings is an IT and communications service provider catering to small and medium-sized corporates on the South Coast.
Babble’s strategy has been focused on expanding its national reach as well as on strengthening its existing core offering. The two latest acquisitions position the group well for further growth in key strategic areas, cementing Babble as a leading provider of communications, contact centre and cyber solutions to SMEs in the UK.
All acquisitions to date have been funded by a combination of company cash and debt. The company has successfully raised additional facilities in support of its buy-and-build strategy, reflecting its strong acquisition track record and pipeline.
